Steve is the highly-skilled, motivational and visionary leader of the company. His extensive General Management and marketing experience span a broad cross section of industries and business sectors. His most recent corporate experience was with Rapp Collins Worldwide, one of the largest customer relationship management/database agencies in the world, where he was President and oversaw more than 400 employees with capitalized billings in excess of $220MM. His previous entrepreneurial venture was the formation of an advertising agency in Colorado prior to divestiture as his focus shifted to the launch of Data Recovery UK Limited.

Steve lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife of 27 years, Linda and 2 of their 5 children that are still at home. He is a 1977 graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Graphic Design and has plenty of fun directing the company’s branding and design efforts. He commutes to London every 10 days to two weeks and enjoys the history, culture and vibrancy of the city.

Ron is the day-to-day operational manager of the lab in London. His background is also very broad based and extensive, with his most recent corporate experience as the Director of the Retail Division of the largest advertising agency in the U.S. Southeast. Prior to that he was a business owner and President of the Toronto operation of Rapp Collins Worldwide, where he and Steve Judge first met in the early 1990’s.

Ron and his wife of 30 years, Shirly, have moved to London and live a 3 minute walk from the lab. Canadian citizens, they have two adult children in Toronto. Ron likes the excitement of growing and building the business and finds the data recovery and computer forensics business the most exciting he has been involved in to date. A Global MBA graduate of the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto, he and Shirly love London and have turned into true ‘urbanites’ – walking, taking the tube, train, buses and cabs everywhere.

Fiona manages the day-to-day sales of data recovery and advanced computer forensic services. She graduated with a BA Honours degree in French and Teaching English as a Foreign Language.

She worked for Ford Credit Europe for 3 years and then began her career in Data Recovery and Computer Forensics 6 years ago when she worked for another data recovery company. Her main responsibilities included managing the sales team as well as running the day-to-day operations. She was also instrumental in setting up Electronic Discovery processes and services in their UK office.

Fiona has lived in the London area for 9 years but is originally from Harrogate in North Yorkshire.

Nouman oversees and manages the computer forensics practice in the London lab. He possesses in-depth expertise in investigating, tracking and reporting on computer related crime, network tracing & high end data recovery.

A dedicated, multilingual specialist who is inherently aware of the evidentiary requirements of electronic evidence he ensures all investigations or request’s for electronic discovery follow strict chain-of-custody procedures, the Data Protection Act 1998, the Computer Misuse Act and the ACPO Good Practice Guidelines for Computer Based Electronic Evidence. He has worked on a wide variety of cases, involving electronic fraud, computer misuse, money laundering, pornography, security breaches and the theft of intellectual property. He has also previously assisted in forensic investigations carried out by major law firms and the police forces.

He has an extensive knowledge and experience of the tools, procedures and mechanism’s required for today’s ever evolving forensic investigations and his specialist niche is in the same tools used by government agencies and the police worldwide to assist in the investigation and interpretation of computer data to aid and assist in solving all forms of electronic crime. An expert who understands how operating systems work and interact with networks and how a suspect may abuse them ensures investigations and reporting of a quality unsurpassed in the business.

Nouman is a Software Engineering graduate from The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and is a native of Manchester where he travels frequently to visit family and friends. A new resident of London he is single and has settled in to life in the fast lane with ease.

Subrata is one of our senior data recovery technicians, and part of the R&D team. His primary responsibility is advanced data recovery operations within the company. A graduate of engineering, his core background is in the Electrical & Electronic Engineering field, in which he holds masters degree from The School of Engineering at the University of Nottingham. As well, Sub has diverse and international corporate experience including a wide range of Industrial Placements and Sponsored International Internships, the most recent being for a banking technology projects division of a very large Private Bank in New York. Prior to that he worked as a network design assistant for a global Telecommunications firm.

Subrata has substantial knowledge of computer systems, software and hardware systems. This coupled with his knowledge of international business practices has made him a valuable member of the Data Recovery UK Limited team.

Juli-Ann is at the central point for all customer and administrative operations within the London office. She is responsible for organising and monitoring the daily transactions of the company whilst maintaining a balanced atmosphere at all times.

She has over six years of administrative experience in a variety of positions but has now focused her career in the Data Recovery industry as one of the main Client Service contacts at Data Recovery UK Limited. She helps our clients throughout the process and ensures we deliver to the stated philosophy of excellence in service.
